| The drought and tight water allocations made it a tough growing season. A large rainfall event in late January caused some concern, but fruit damage was minimal and the vines dried quickly, having little impact on the fruit quality. However, reduced berry size and more exposed fruit due to smaller canopies, meant that vigilance in the vineyard was required to harvest the grapes with the desired flavours. This has been rewarded with a rosé of excellent varietal characters and natural acidity. Suitable for vegans |
