| The characteristics of Pinot Grigio grapes, combined with indigenous yeast used to transform this fruit into wine, have created layers of flavour and richness. After fermentation the wine was left on yeast lees for a few months to increase the complexity and creaminess of the wine, whilst adding richness to the palate. Pale straw with a light green hue, the Oxford Landing Estate Pinot Grigio has lifted aromas of freshly cut pear and honeydew. Vibrant, fresh and tantalising this wine has flavours nashi pear and red delicious apple and is light and bright with a fresh finish and cleansing palate crispness. Suitable for vegans |
