| These grapes, and the indigenous yeast that have transformed them into wine, have created layers of flavour and richness. After fermentation the wine was left on yeast lees for a few months to increase the complexity and creaminess of the wine and add richness to the palate. Pale straw with a light green hue, the Oxford Landing Pinot Grigio has lifted aromas of freshly cut pear and honeydew. Vibrant, fresh and tantalising this wine has flavours nashi pear and red delicious apple and is light and bright with a fresh finish and cleansing palate crispness. |
