40% lighter in alcohol and calories than Oxford Landing Chardonnay. The Chardonnay grapes are sourced from vineyards in South Australia, where our access to the latest clonal and rootstock combinations continues to deliver outstanding fruit typified by stone fruit, melon and grapefruit flavours. Our winemaking is focused on minimal intervention utilising wild yeasts naturally present on the grapes, malolactic fermentation, lees contact and subtle oak to give our Chardonnay depth, complexity and personality.

The Shiraz grapes are sourced from our vineyards in South Australia, displaying lifted aromas and soft structure that makes for great Shiraz. In the winery we focus on the freshest of fruit aromas and lovely soft tannins, resulting in a wine of eminent drinkability.
