How much is shipping?
We charge a flat $14 per order, but shipping is FREE when you spend over $250 as a non-member, or $100 as a member. Deals subject to change due to seasonal promotions.
How long will my delivery take?
Deliveries are with Australia Post. For an accurate delivery time input your postcode in to the Australia Post website or download the Australia Post app, to get SMS and push notifications to keep you updated on your order!

Please bear with us and know that your wines are being kept in tip top temperature-controlled condition and we’re working hard to get your wine to you as soon as possible.
What is the cut-off date to order to receive my order in time for Christmas?
Last year, Australia Post delivered nearly 100 million parcels in November and December – so to help avoid any last-minute rushes, we recommend getting your orders in early.
Order by Monday 15 December for SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD
Order by Friday 12 December for WA, NT, and TAS

Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
We like to ensure a person over 18+ is receiving the wine and that your wine arrives in your hands safely, protected from all the elements, including a hot Aussie summer. Therefore our wine won’t be left at your door if you are not home, but will be available to pick up from your local post office. Alternatively you can ship to your office, if the boss allows it.
If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery the goods may be left with a person at the delivery address who is 18 years or older but may be required to show proof of age. In the event nobody is at the delivery address who meets the criteria under these terms and conditions, a waiting card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of the order. Your order will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years. Smith’s Wine Store cannot agree to unattended deliveries in any circumstances.
