We're kicking off the festive season early with this minty fresh recipe that's sure to pack a punch (get it?) - featuring the perfect addition, our Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc!
1 bottle of Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc
½ cup of gin
500ml of apple juice
1L of soda water
½ of a honey dew melon
2 kiwi fruit
2 golden kiwi fruit
Remove the skin from the kiwi fruit and thickly slice. Shape the honey dew into balls with a melon baller.
Place the wine, gin and apple juice into a punch bowl and stir well. Add the fruit and allow to stand for at least an hour to allow the flavours to infuse.
When ready to serve, add a generous amount of ice, top with soda and garnish with a handful of mint.
